What happens if my press release doesn't get published?
Over 90% of the releases we distribute get published. In the rare case yours isn't, you receive a full refund — as credits or back to your original payment method, whichever you prefer.

Can I get further discounts?
Yes — by depositing larger amounts you automatically unlock reseller tiers offering up to 25% off our standard rates. If you'd like to deposit more than the top tier covers, please get in touch. If you've never used our platform before, we invite you to start with a small deposit first.
Will people know I purchased from PRNow?
No. Our platform is fully white-label — the publisher name on our releases never includes PRNow, only generic business names. Your clients or friends will never know who you purchased from.
How do I submit my first release?
It's super easy: sign up to the platform, draft your first release (you can use our powerful free tools), choose a distribution plan, and proceed to payment.
How long does it take for my release to be distributed?
On average, a release is distributed and published within 5 hours of submission — in many cases just a few hours, and in rare cases up to 24. Inside your dashboard you'll find distribution times for each outlet and bundle, based on real historical data. You can also schedule your release for a future date if you prefer.
