The issue has been fully resolved. Affected payments have been manually credited to the corresponding accounts. We have also extended the allowed margin amount to 0.1% to prevent similar edge cases in the future.
WhatsApp Messages Not Being Delivered via Support

The WhatsApp channel is fully operational again. Some messages from our omni-channel support app were not being sent to WhatsApp, causing delays in customer support responses. The issue has been fixed and message delivery is confirmed.
FinancialContent Network Distributions Failing
