The issue has been fully resolved. Affected payments have been manually credited to the corresponding accounts. We have also extended the allowed margin amount to 0.1% to prevent similar edge cases in the future.
Our engineering team has identified the root cause — a rounding discrepancy in the payment verification layer was causing some crypto transactions to fall outside the accepted threshold. A fix is being deployed.
We are investigating reports of cryptocurrency payments not being credited to user accounts after successful on-chain confirmation.
WhatsApp Messages Not Being Delivered via Support

The WhatsApp channel is fully operational again. Some messages from our omni-channel support app were not being sent to WhatsApp, causing delays in customer support responses. The issue has been fixed and message delivery is confirmed.
We are aware of an issue where outbound WhatsApp messages from our support platform are failing to deliver. Customers may experience delayed responses. We are working to resolve this immediately.
