How fast will my press release be distributed?
Press releases are usually published the same day (0–12 hours on average), except on weekends. Some outlets, such as USA Today, may take a few extra days.
At what time is my press release distributed?
Press releases are typically published between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM ET (UTC-5). If you want your release published at a specific time, we recommend using the schedule tool when submitting it. Please schedule your press release at least 24 hours after submission, since it still needs to go through the approval process.
What happens if my press release doesn't get published?
We guarantee distribution to selected outlets. If your release is rejected or not published, we refund your credits.
Can I make changes after I submit my press release?
No, changes are not possible after submission. We recommend checking all information carefully before submitting. If the release is not in progress yet, you can retract it from your account and make changes.
Do credits ever expire?
No, credits never expire. However, credit pricing may change over time depending on publishing costs.
